PROXXON hand-held units have a special high-revving permanent magnet motor,
which offers high speeds as well as lots of torque even at low speeds. This
motor is specially balanced and runs quietly and without any vibration at all.
The motor is by far slimmer than a standard universal type motor, which is
generally used in power tools and thus allows us to design handier and more
manageable tools. The long lifetime of the motor (without the need of replacing
motor-brushes) ensures hassle-free application. These 115 V-units offer a full wave electronic speed-control. The tools' high
performance at different speeds allows for multiple applications - even
intricate projects are done with ease as the vibration-free performance, the
slim design and the low weight ensure full control over the tools. All units
come in a durable plastic case equipped with useful accessories, so that the
user can start right away.
