The perfect size machine for all kinds of applications, where precision is needed: delicate, detailed and precise edge forming, profiling, grooving, chamfering, routing and trimming on wooden and plastic work pieces. The MT 300 convinces with its powerful performance through a dust-protected motor and belt drive. The material slides smoothly over the machined extrusion molded aluminum worktable. Cutters are fitted via triple slit high-concentricity steel collets (three collets in sizes 3/32", 7/64" and 1/8" (2.4 - 3.0 and 3.2 mm) are included). Bits are easily mounted and removed using two wrenches supplied with the machine and stored in a built-in wrench-storage.
The height of the bit is conveniently adjustable via a hand wheel with zero-adjustable dials (travel: 1 3/16" (30 mm), 1 revolution = 3/64" (1 mm), 1 division = 0,002" (0.05 mm).
