Proxxon MICRO Shaper MT 300 (Router)

The perfect size machine for all kinds of applications, where precision is needed: delicate, detailed and precise edge forming, profiling, grooving, chamfering, routing and trimming on wooden and plastic work pieces. Optimal for picture framing, cabinetry, classic model building applications (model railroads, model airplanes, doll houses), and much more.

The MT 300 convinces with its powerful performance through a dust-protected motor and belt drive. The material slides smoothly over the machined extrusion molded aluminum worktable. Cutters are fitted via triple slit high-concentricity steel collets (three collets in sizes 3/32", 7/64" and 1/8" (2.4 - 3.0 and 3.2 mm) are included). Bits are easily mounted and removed using two wrenches supplied with the machine and stored in a built-in wrench-storage.
The height of the bit is conveniently adjustable via a hand wheel with zero-adjustable dials (travel: 1 3/16" (30 mm), 1 revolution = 3/64" (1 mm), 1 division = 0,002" (0.05 mm).
