These top quality ceramic sharpening stones are custom designed and manufactured by Wayne Barton. The medium grit 600 ceramic is the perfect stone to form the correct cutting angle on the WB Premier set of knives. The ultra-fine 1800 grit stone polishes the blade to a razor sharp edge required for making clean, crisp cuts. Both will provide many years of service.
