materials, this knife is both useful and a beautiful piece to carry.
Made by a Carver for Carvers - See History Below:
Woodcarver/Whittler Len Yule is nationally renowned for turkey calling. Yule
and his father together won the National Turkey Call Championship. His father
dominates the collectible duck call market, with calls valued at $1,000 to
$4,000.
Len Yule endorses Böker pocketknives because of the high quality grade of
carbon steel from which they are made. He has faithfully used them for years.
However, Len Yule became frustrated because of the limited blade configurations
of most of their knives, which required him to use several different knives to
complete a projects. Together, Böker and Len Yule designed a pocketknife
especially for wood carvers. They combined his four favorite blade styles into
one knife, set in Boker's popular Congress knife.
This knife will hold an edge, and the rosewood handle and fittings are all
made from quality materials. The bolsters are nickel silver, and the liners are
made from solid brass. So not only is this a great pocket knife for woodcarvers
and whittlers, it is also a beautiful piece to carry.
