Foredom LXH Motor High Torque/Low Speed (with Heavy Duty shaft and sheath) and EMX speed control.

Foredom's heavy duty model of its high torque/low speed hang-up style LX motor has full power and torque from start up to 5,000 RPM. Here it is teamed up with the EMX-1 table top dial speed control. Uses only special square drive handpieces.

LXH, LXMH, and LXBH motors have the letter ‘H’ added to their model names to identify them as ‘heavy duty’.
These motors are the same as the LX, LXM and LXB, but come equipped with 60" long square drive shafts and heavy duty protective sheaths for use ONLY with Foredom’s three special ‘square drive’ handpieces–25H, 30H, 44HT. Heavy duty flex shafts are the ultimate power tools for deburring, buffing, grinding, polishing, and metal finishing of any kind with larger rotary accessories. They are also ideal for large scale woodcarving and sculpting applications with carbide or steel burs and larger mounted grinding stones.

They are available in both 115 Volt and 230 Volt versions (115 is standard.  Please let us know if you need 230).

Foredom’s permanent magnet LX and LXH motors require the use of a TXR, SXR, or EMX control. Damage will result if the motor is connected to any other model control.

The LXH is a heavy duty, hang up version of the Series LX motor. As the heavy duty model, it comes supplied with Foredom's heavy duty shaft and sheath. The EM dial control included in this motor-control combination is a solid state control in a plastic housing that sits on a table top and has a dial for adjusting and setting speed by hand.

The handpiece is not included - please keep in mind that only Foredom's three "square drive" handpieces can be used with this motor.
