1/6 hp SR motor and SCT speed control
Foredom's All new 1/6 HP hang-up style SR motor is ball bearing and operates at speeds up to 18,000 rpm. With the addition of reversing capability, you have greater control of the tool, whether you are right or left handed. Here it is teamed up with a foot operated speed control in a heavy cast iron housing.

Foredom's All New Series SR motor has been totally re-designed. It's 1/6 hp, ball bearing motor features 66% more power than Series CC and 33% more power than Series S machines. (Foredom's 1/3 HP Series TX and TXH machines are the most powerful motors in the line.) The All New SR operates in forward and reverse at speeds up to 18,000 rpm and comes supplied with Foredom's standard shaft and sheath. The SCT foot control included in this motor-control combination is a solid state control in a heavy cast iron housing that is covered on the bottom surface with non-skid material.
