Foredom Series LX High Torque/Low Speed Motor with SXR speed control

Foredom's high-torque/low-speed motor is teamed up with a heavy-duty cast iron SXR foot control. The permanent magnet, hang-up style LX motor achieves a top speed of 5,000 rpm.

The Series L motors were re-engineered by Foredom and they now have the letter 'X' added to their model names - X for extra power! These permanent magnet motors are specifically designed for low speed/high torque applications and now offer more power for stone setting, wax modeling, and pearl drilling. Ball bearing motors feature full power and torque from start up and throughout the entire speed range up to 5,000 rpm.
Any of the standard connection 'quick connect' handpieces will fit these units.

These motors are ideal for use with Foredom's drill presses. 

They also are well matched with the 15 and 15D Hammer Handpieces.
