Details on FREE SHIPPING: Free standard shipping is offered to orders costing $200 or more within the United States of America. If Priority Shipping is preferred, an additional $24.95 charge will be added. In cases of extremely large shipping costs, Mountain Heritage Crafters, LLC (MHC) reserves the right to void this offer. You will be notified in advance before processing your order if an exception is necessary to cover excessive shipping amounts. Mountain Heritage Crafters, LLC (MHC) offers both standard and priority shipping options. Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, and Priority Mail service is available for faster delivery. Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order. Consult the shipping charges chart below for the shipping rates of your location. Keep in mind that packaging and handling costs are also calculated into the shipping charge. Some larger orders are shipped by UPS. Also, some items are dropshipped direct from the factory, which are shipped either UPS or Fedex. If you have special delivery needs that would exclude one of the above mentioned methods, please let us know (service@mhc-online.com). We dropship certain items to save you money! In order to offer free shipping on orders of $200 or more within the USA (See Free Shipping for qualifications), we dropship larger items to reduce unnecessary shipping costs associated with delivering these items to our packing warehouse. By saving money on processing your order, we are able to pass that savings along to you the customer in the form of discount pricing and shipping. Many orders are shipped the same day. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order when customer demand is at its peak. We strive to get our merchandise out to our customers in a timely, efficient, yet practical manner. Due to sudden demand of certain items, your order may be placed on hold while awaiting a restocking order. If only a handful of items are preventing your order from being processed, MHC will ship the available items and place out-of-stock items on backorder. International shipping rates vary from country to country, and are significantly impacted by the weight and size of your order. Therefore, it is hard to predict precisely the shipping cost for your order. All international orders are subject to handling charges based on the total value of the order. Consult the chart below for handling charges. Actual shipping charges will appear as a separate charge on your credit card statement, which will not be applied until the item is actually shipped. Generally, we ship international orders via Priority Mail with insurance through the United States Postal Service. For faster service, you may request to have your order sent by Express mail for an additional cost. Please email us at service@mhc-online.com if you would like to pay the extra for this service. In addition to the standard handling charges, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for larger items that are usually drop-shipped direct from the factory. These fees cover the cost of shipping these items first to our warehouse. We will notify you before processing your order if these additional fees are necessary. Customs: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Buyer assumes all risk of loss of any confiscations made by customs.
